WORDS FROM THE DIRECTOR OF SUSO MOMBASA MUTHAIRA INTIKHAB ABID
Director - Muthaira Intikhab Abid
"‘Have some fire. Be unstoppable. Be a force of nature.’ – Christina Yang
Stand Up Shout Out has been the platform that elevated my personal growth and allowed me to blossom into this fearless, headstrong and passionate individual that seeks for a better today for you and I.
I do not believe in being the leaders of tomorrow, but rather being the leaders of today who seize the opportunities at hand and make a positive change.
If you want to walk fast, walk alone. But if you want to walk far, walk together. This is precisely the reason as to why I am a proud SUSONIAN who chooses to be a part of SUSO, because I understand the essence of togetherness and unity.
Helping one person might not change the world, but it could change the world for one person. This is the driving force that helps me overcome the adversities that I face every day and leads me to be resilient.
I want to be the warmth to the hearts in despair, to be the strength that uplifts those who have fallen and to be the light in the lives of those in need."
Be part of the change in 001!
